Group Class

The workout is done on state-of-the-art Megaformer which provides constant resistance and infinitely more exercise options than a traditional reformer. The machine allows the body to shift quickly and smoothly from one exercise to another while increasing the heart rate and getting the blood pumping. The Megaformer attacks each and every muscle in a concentrated and focused manner to sculpt strong, powerful and lean bodies in a safe and measured way. This 50-minute beginners’ class is devoted to teaching the essential moves that prepare you for the TOTAL BODY.

We will set you up for success in future classes by demonstrating how to use the equipment and the instructor will guide you through a basic, yet challenging workout. After taking INTRO TO LAGREE, clients will be ready to take the MEGAFORMER class.
